- I just got up from a short nap after arrving home from a nine hour arse numbing bus ride. It's 6 am. My sister entered my room already wearing her scrubs for her OB residency training. I was sitting up on my bed with my bags still on the floor. I haven't unpacked yet. She was cleaning her ears with the pointy end of the towel and started this conversation like I wasn't absent from home for a month.
- Ate: Win, unsa man imong gusto for Christmas?
- Me: Seryoso na relo.
- Ate: Wala pa'y bara-barato ana?
- Me: O cge sapatos na lang.
- Ate: Mahal man gud mga gamit sa lalake ba.
- Me: Hala sige, ipad case na lang, ayaw na'ng gika'g China Town ha!
- Ate: Asa na sila mama? kay ma-late nako.
- Me: o_O
